A: We apologize for the inconvenience, and we would love to resolve this matter to you as soon as we possibly can. Please contact us immediately through WhatsApp with a photo of the incorrect item and we will initiate the exchange or refund based on your preferences. Incorrect items will be checked and validated once received.
